In any example suggesting YourDomainName.com, always replace YourDomainName.com with your actual domain name.

You can access your control panel at http://YourDomainName.com:2082 or http://YourDomainName.com/cpanel using your assigned GetMeHosted.com user name and password.

ftp://YourDomainName.com. You will need to upload your files for your site to your  /public_html/ directory and cgi/perl files to the /public_html/cgi-bin/ directory.

All Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) settings will be mail.YourDomainName.com. Your login (user name) when configuring your email client will be YourUserName@YourDomainName.com. Not simply YourUserName. You can access your web based email at http://YourDomainName.com:2095

Your GetMeHosted.com name server information is included in the welcome email you received after your account was configured. It will show something like, NS#.GETMEHOSTED.COM and NS##.GETMEHOSTED.COM.

This method enables us to keep good records and provide the best support, as requests are delegated to the correct department most efficiently. Do not email support@getmehosted.com unless you are receiving no response from the Support Center.
